Rosmel Dameg-Ganacias was born in the Philippines and graduated from Cagayan State University with a Bachelor's Degree in medical technology. She holds a license from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists International and ND Board of Clinical Laboratory Practices. With a career spanning over 12 years, she has gained extensive experience both in the Philippines and abroad. For the past four years, she has been an integral part of the healthcare team at Tioga Medical Center. During her free time, she enjoys indulging in her passions for travel and baking. These hobbies allow her to explore new places, cultures and cuisines, while also providing a creative outlet of her professional endeavors.
